Our History
Founded in 1973 by Mr. Philip A Tabone, the company began as a modest commission agency in Valletta, Malta, representing respected brands like Ariston, Shires Bathrooms, and BASF Chemical. With a deep understanding of the local market and a keen eye for quality, the agency quickly built a reputation for reliability and excellence. Over the years, the business grew, transitioning into Philip A Tabone Co., a major supplier of building materials that helped shape Malta’s modern landscape.

By 2016, the company had diversified into five specialized divisions, each addressing distinct market needs. TABONE, the industrial arm, has earned international acclaim for its cutting-edge Hollowcore and Precast solutions. PAT Recycling exemplifies our commitment to sustainability, while PAT Real Estate and PAT Capital offer tailored real estate and financial advisory services, respectively.
